Exhibition of Hand-woven Textiles from the Kimura Hakata-ori Weaving Workshop

Hakata-ori Textiles have recently become popular as gifts in the form of tapestries, centerpieces, and the like. This workshop shares the craftsmanship and skill that shine through handwoven Hakata-ori Textiles. In addition to prizewinning obi, scarves, bags, and accessories such as wallets, visitors will be able to purchase masks—now an indispensable part of everyday life (supplies limited). Visit the exhibition venue to see works of art that you won't find anywhere else.
