The General Information Desk
A General Information Desk is located on the 1st Floor Atrium and providing help to visitors with event information, facility guidance, attractions, lost children and lost property (open 9:00 am to 7:00 pm).
To visitors in wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available free of charge. Please enquire at the General Information Desk on the 1st Floor. Other facilities available include; elevators with wheelchair access (low set buttons and mirrors for visitors in wheelchairs), toilets with wheelchair access (barrier-free with buttons to open/close the door and handrails), disabled parking and the north and south entrances are also fitted with interphones.
To visitors with children
A nursery room is available on the 2nd Floor West Wing. The 2nd Basement and 1st Floor West Wing have ladies toilets with a baby changing seat. The disabled toilet (1st Floor) can also be used by visitors with strollers.
AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is available in emergency.
Parking
Parking is available to both ACROS Fukuoka visitors and non-visitors. Located in the center of Tenjin, it is convenient for shopping and sightseeing.

Bicycle Parking Lot
The area surrounding the ACROS Fukuoka building is a designated no bicycle parking zone. Visitors coming by bicycle are requested to use the on-street bicycle parking lot located on the western side of ACROS Fukuoka (the Best Denki side), or another nearby parking lot.
